Luchia's Special Commissions

Starting a commission from me is very simple, but there are things that I haven't been able to draw as well yet; therefore, it will be best to have some clarity first.

The commission will be broken down into two parts of payment, the sketch fee and the commission total price

Due to the type of service, there will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

For production commissions, the sub-total price does NOT include the shipping fee + tax yet

__First of all, the different licenses__

Personal Commission Licenses:

1. Personal commissions CANNOT resold or altered in any way; can ONLY be used for personal uses
2. I still hold the copyright of the artwork to post on my portfolios and social media

Commercial Commission Licenses:

1. The client will have full copyright ownership of the commercial commission image
2. Commercial usage includes: advertising, marketing, selling it as product merchandise, etc
3. The price for commercial use commissions will cost 4 times more
{ For example, if the total cost of a personal use commission is $60, then the total for a commercial commission is $240}
4. I will ONLY reserve the right to use the art for my portfolio and social media

2. Profile & Digital Wallpaper Commissions
3. Logo Commissions
4. Sticker Production Commissions
5. Light Box Production Commissions

__Lastly, to start your commission__

1. DM @atp_luchia on Instagram or go to my carrd @ https://atpluchia.carrd.co/ for more information
2. Fill out the google form on the carrd website BEFORE any CHARGES or PURCHASES
3. After everything has been clarify on both sides, I will DM the shop link place payment BEFORE any drawing process starts
